Returns & Refunds – As Easy as A-B-C!
We want you and your little ones to be absolutely thrilled with every toy from Jiang Yidu. But if something doesn’t quite match the sparkle you expected, we’ve made our returns and refund process simple, friendly, and fair — like a good bedtime story.
Return Window
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it:

Is unused and in its original condition

Includes all original packaging and tags

Has not been damaged or altered after arrival
We want our toys to go to happy homes, so we kindly ask that returns are made with care.
How to Start a Return
Just send us an email at [email protected] with:

Your order number

The name of the item you’d like to return

A short message explaining why

A photo, if the item was damaged or incorrect
Our customer care team will guide you through the process and provide return instructions.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If we sent the wrong item, or if something arrived damaged: we cover the return cost.

If you changed your mind or made an oopsie during ordering: you cover the return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable service when returning, so your package doesn’t get lost on the way back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll send you a cheerful email confirmation once it’s done!
Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original one and placing a new order for your new favorite toy.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are marked final sale or are personalized/custom-made, and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If that happens, we’ll fix it quickly.
Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Please email us as quickly as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and send a full refund. If it has already been sent, we’ll follow the return process above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Oops! If we make a mistake — or if something breaks in transit — just send us a message within 5 days of receiving your item, along with a photo. We’ll fix it right away, with a refund or replacement.
